Reiki is an intelligent nondual form of universal life force healing that, unlike other forms of energy healing, cannot ever be used for harm and only goes where it is welcomed. Many people find Reiki helpful when they are too upset or traumatized to talk about their experiences. Susan employs a variety of Reiki practices including Reiki meditations for healing.

For your session, please wear comfortable clothing. You may sit or lie down or adjust your position as needed. Be sure to have the microphone positioned so that Susan can hear you, and it is helpful to have the camera pointed at your face so she can read lips if you get quiet. Have a pen and paper ready in case you want to jot down notes during or after our session.
